This episode of the NerdUp Podcast is mainly movie reviews.  Gil T. & Isaac review the movies; "The Boxtrolls," "Annabelle," "The Equalizer," and "The Book of Life."  They then discuss the latest video game hit (at least for the Nintendo 3ds), "Super Smash Bros."  A little science fiction is thrown in with Gil T. interviewing John Scalzi, whose latest book, "Lock In" takes a sci-fi approach to helping victims of a disease.  Gil T. & John also discuss Scalzi's series "Old Man's War" and his book "Redshirts."
